8. Menopausal Symptoms Relieved with Flaxseed

If you are looking for a non-prescription alternative to prescription estrogen, research flaxseed and its plant based estrogen levels. Plant based estrogen has been used by women throughout the last 20 years. I’ve found flaxseeds ground up in a coffee bean grinder was the most effective plant based estrogen. So, I started every morning placing two tablespoons of flaxseed in my coffee bean grinder to turn it into ground flaxseed. I did not want to take time to mix the ground flax seed into yogurt or peanut butter so I take multiple spoonful chasing each spoonful with water until all the ground flax seed is gone.
